The first two weeks of the program Philadelphia schools were still in session so there weren’t that many kids coming to the library during the day. But the ones that did show up had a great time making cardboard games. This Foosball game was a revolving door of sorts as it was worked on by probably ten different kids at different times (never at the same time!). It was really fun to see it come together. We all had our suspicions that it might not work, but to all of our surprise it worked in the end which made playing it that much sweeter! The teams are the Kensington Crocodiles and the Allegheny Alligators. One of the kids even made some bleechers full of circle-people for either side of the game.
